A patchwork Tote bag inspire by the tradition of Japanese ‘Boroboro’ with a modern twist. Using traditional handwoven Shima patterns, mixed with hand dyed cotton plains and recent camouflage prints. It has a hemp herringbone tape bound top edge and a base made from military surplus tent canvas. The heavy calico lining has an inside utility pocket and accessory loops. This bag has 25mm vegetable tanned split cowhide leather straps with copper rivets. Brass 5¥ coin on strap.

Straps are 30” long ( 76cm )

All cloth is 100% cotton.

Leather is vegetable tanned cowhide split.
