Refunds & Exchanges
Please take care when unpacking your items.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange for Non-Custom products. within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, all tags attached, unworn and with any original packaging. We will not accept items that have been washed or refinished.
Contact us an email with your order reference, reason for return and if a refund or exchange is wanted. We will email you the address to send your return to. When posting back to us, we advise for you to send it recorded post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once return has been received & checked by Norfolk Makrs., we will issue the refund or send out the exchange. This should be no longer than 4 working days.
