A medium to samll size rucksack using a ‘Boro’ inspired patchwork of vintage Japanese handwoven Shima and Kasuri cloths from the Nagoya region and Katazome prints from Osaka prefecture. It has Maekake tape bound top edge and a base and back section made from military surplus tent canvas. A heavy calico lining with an inside utility pocket and accessory loops. The flap facing is 11oz denim. This bag has 20mm vegetable tanned split cowhide leather straps with copper rivets and cast brass hardwear. Brass 5¥ coin on closure strap.

Adjustable shoulder straps are 26” long ( 66cm )
