A courier bag using a ‘Boro’ inspired patchwork of vintage Japanese handprinted katazome cloths from the Kyoto region, katazome, kazuri and shima handwoven cloths from Nagoya, and with a Maekake tape bound top edge and with a base made from military surplus tent canvas.. It has a heavy calico lining with an inside utility pocket and accessory loops This bag has 25mm vegetable tanned split cowhide leather straps, and strap and loop closure all with copper rivets. Solid cast brass buckle. Brass 5¥ coin on strap.

All cloth is 100% cotton.

Leather is vegetable tanned cowhide split.

All rivets are two piece solid copper, hammered.
